... after being in Germany for 3 weeks in November and eating all the things we missed... then Christmas with lots of cookies, cakes and dinners... many restaurant visits with big portions... late dinners with too much food....That is the reason for my New Years Resolution No.2

Starting in March is a little late, I know... but better late than never! Right?
I started the day before yesterday with running for 30 Minutes, Crunches, Push Ups and 30 Minutes on my Crosstrainer. Same yesterday ... today ... and hopefully for 6 x a week for the next weeks/month.
