New Years Resolution No.2

... after being in Germany for 3 weeks in November and eating all the things we missed... then Christmas with lots of cookies, cakes and dinners... many restaurant visits with big portions... late dinners with too much food....

That is the reason for my New Years Resolution No.2

- Getting back in shape -

Starting in March is a little late, I know... but better late than never! Right?

I started the day before yesterday with running for 30 Minutes, Crunches, Push Ups and 30 Minutes on my Crosstrainer. Same yesterday ... today ... and hopefully for 6 x a week for the next weeks/month.

Do you want to join me??? Than stick with me and let's be the - Getting back in shape Team - .

I'm waiting for your Comments....

I'm trying :-))) If I'm finally healthy again and the stupid sinus infection and cold will be healed, I start again. Couldn't do anything for the last 3 1/2 weeks..... And still not ready to start. Christian and me started with Insanity, I was doing it with him for 2 days before I got sick and was unable to join him since than, he has already lost 10 pounds..... It's unbelievable...

So, you go girl! I keep you posted once I start again :-)))

Hi Manu, I'm in- definitly need to get less "body" . For me its chocolate in stressy times, which I seem to need as a kind of reward. I used to jog 3 times a week - but the last weeks I really became a couch potato. So my resolution is 3 times jogging, 40 minutes min, 3 times Yoga for 40 minutes. I want my legs back in shape.
Today my little girl got her birthday party but tomorrow I'll take my mp3, let U2 do the rythem and run...
So then, lets have success.

sunday 1 hour slow jogging with a friend, today 40 minutes jogging on my own with music- I came back with a red face like a tomato - this must get better. From the 8 trousers I own, 2 fit. I want the others back - so fight the fat...
The first steps are made, but I'm scared to know my actual weight -used to be 65 kg, but there could be a 7 in front now ;-((
There was a Donauwelle on saturday which I couldn't resist....

yeah.... I used to have a low number in the 50s... now, I think there is a 6 in front :-(. I hate it! And do you know what "Winkfleisch" is? It's when you wave at somebody and your upperarm is still moving when you stopped waving :-( . brrrrr.....
OK girls.... let's burn some FAT!!!! CHAKA!

went yesterday for half an hour jogging in company with my daughter inline skating - she is so fast - or i am so slow...
Muscles are aching, but I'm proud I did it. I know about "winkfleisch", although my problem is really the "Sitzfleisch". All the fat seems to concentrate on the thighs....
I cut out a picture of a nice girl in bikini with long small legs and try to imagine its me - might help??
So back in shape team - lets go on...

Sunday there is a new challenge for my fat depots. 3 days of hiking - 55 km, with rucksacks, carying all our stuff - alone with my husband, the kids are staying at home :-)) I hope that some (better a lot!!!) new muscles will show up, that scare the hell out of this ugly depots. But I must really take care, that I don't eat to much chocolate and other stuff to reward me for all those hills up and down I'll make...especially cause it started raining today. Please cross fingers for good weather and that all works out...
lots of greetings to my back in shape team and have a nice weekend!!
